Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Technology Management I role in Sacramento, California. This role is crucial for the development, design, and optimization of IT and systems functions that support business processes and technical information system platforms. Responsibilities • Direct the selection and modification of enterprise systems and application software • Oversee the installation of network hardware and software, as well as database management • Lead the team in protecting the company's data, tools, and information systems • Ensure infrastructure architecture standards are upheld to maximize efficiency and support platform compatibility • Provide input to new products, processes, or standards in operational plans • Manage certain processes or projects within a defined budget set by management • Navigate unclear problems and issues that may involve multiple projects or customers • Communicate with internal and external constituents, influencing others on policies, practices, and procedures • Lead a small to mid-sized team of experienced individuals, reviewing their work and providing primary input to permanent, performance, and rewards decisions • Apply advanced knowledge and skills within a specific technical or detail oriented discipline, understanding the impact of work on other areas of the organization. Requirements • Proficiency in Customer Service, demonstrating the ability to effectively respond to client needs and concerns • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and concise exchange of information • Training experience, enabling others to develop skills and knowledge • Familiarity with Procedures and Policy implementation, ensuring company guidelines are adhered to • Understanding of Budget Processes, to manage financial resources effectively • Design skills, for creating and implementing efficient systems • Supervising experience, for guiding and overseeing team members • Proficiency in the 'About Time' software, for efficient time management • Demonstrable Leadership Skills, for directing and influencing a team • Knowledge of Hiring Processes, to attract and recruit the right talent • Understanding of best Practices in technology management • Experience in Optimization, to improve system efficiency and productivity • Ability to Answer complex technical queries and provide solutions • Understanding of HIPAA-Regulated environments, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations • Knowledge of Business Process Functions, to streamline operations • Proficiency in Database Management, for organizing and storing data • Knowledge of TACTICS for effective strategy implementation • Experience in Talent Management, for developing and retaining skilled employees • Willingness for International Travel, to meet global business needs • Understanding of Network Hardware and Application Software, for IT support and troubleshooting • Ability to Maximize Efficiency, for improved productivity and cost-effectiveness • Experience with Enterprise Systems, for managing business operations • Familiarity with Credit Approvals, for managing financial transactions.
