The Administrative Assistant -NM Support provides general administrative support. Maintains and files reports and other information. Schedules and coordinates logistical support for meetings. Provides word processing and other document preparation services. Locates and retrieves information in support of management and technical staff.

Hourly Range: $16 - $20

Clerical:
Collaborates with unit staff on scheduling
Calling and scheduling interview for new RN, PCA and ASA applicants
Create interview packet fro NM to every scheduled interview
Schedule 3-3-3 meeting with the new staff on the unit .
Create new employee file/ filing confidential employee information
Create orientation tools for new employees with all materials and forms they will need for working in the unit
Print and file staff clearance from Employee Health Services
Assist with Unit auditing
Prepare Annual Performance Evaluation for staff to complete
Log JC compliance checklist weekly
Update nursing unit webpage
Preparing files that need to be sent to HR for Archive
Sending in term paperwork to HR
Entering new orients schedule on shiftwizard with appropriate icons
Edit , confirms and ensure all Kronos information is entered correctly prior to NM and payroll approval
Check daily assignment sheet and enter any changes on time, CLT , UT , cost center and floats in Kronos

Material Coordinator:
Ordering Pharmacy supplies for the unit 2x a week
Order and maintains unit office supplies
Ordering and handing out employee recognition
