The ASC Business Manager partners with the Ambulatory Surgery Center leadership, M Health Leadership, Medical Director, surgeons, supply chain, finance and Service line administrators to coordinate and evaluate the operational and financial management activities. This person will collaborate with perioperative materials management team, postoperative data entry staff and scheduling personnel to attain departmental, divisional, and organizational goals and objectives.

We serve as a catalyst for the expansion of our outstanding patient care and innovative research. Patient needs and the principles of access, innovation and efficient care have been incorporated at every level into the building’s development!
What you will do as an ASC Business Manager:
Leads projects to develop successful MHealth ASC/Procedure center.Develops methods to ensure prompt and effective access to careAssists in identification, development and successful execution of projects.Ensures alignment of project portfolio with the organization’s strategic plan and goals.Assures resources are in place for project/program execution and works effectively with leadership and stakeholders by understanding challenges, formulating creative options, and implementing measurable solutions.Partners with leadership team to provide / coordinate / understand overall ASC / MHealth operations and data.Provides data and analysis on department performance; on time starts, cancellations, delays, budget performance, etc.Aligns with Supply chain and contracting to optimize best pricing for implants, supply costs, etc.Aligns EMR and technology to support care deliveryFacilitates establishment of surgical trial protocols at all sites in partnership with clinical staffProvides marketing team information on growth programs to ensure web and related marketing tools are up to dateCollaborates with business owners to align project deliverables with business goals and organizational expectations.
What you will need:
Medical or Healthcare Administration degree, or Licensed RN
5 + years of work experience in a health care managerial role
Proven operations management experience including people, processes and financial management
Experience managing project and/or program budgets
Experience and familiarity with EMR and clinical data collection
Process improvement and process design skills
Creative, persistent and collaborative work style
Excellent communication skills
Hybrid working schedule**

Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week
