The Field Sales Supervisor is a professional retail manager who leads a team of ASCs, Lead ASCs, and responsible to hire, develop and retain a successful team to ensure best in class customer experience and the highest possible revenue targets are achieved through engagement and collaboration with partner sales teams, Apple Account teams and other internal teams to build strong training, advocacy, in-store transparency, promotion plan, etc . The candidate should be an astute business leader with the ability to think strategically, drive partner collaboration and provide solutions around Apple ecosystem as well as manage day-to-day sales activities through her/ his team.DescriptionDescriptionManage a team of ASC’s and/or ASM’s/ TAM’s, depending on the implementation of Apple shops and program fixtures within the country in LFR channel. Maintain and direct a sense of ‘team spirit’ within the Field Staff Organisation. Partner with training team & HR to ensure team is trained enough on Apple products, solutions and business practices to drive the best outcome. Responsible for the sales development in all program doors by building influential and collaborative business relationships with the retailer’s sales management, business teams, training & HR in order to ensure: Appropriate business management is achieved at territory level (e.g. ST evolution, LFL growth, in-house share, Attach connect, program quality, virtual team, etc) Ensure each reseller’s sales & operations team respects their commitment and obligations towards Apple programs and when necessary negotiate against any deviation. Build a strong advocacy program through their field sales team enabling them to effectively promote and sell Apple products. Implement and drive through team BTL executions, educate about Promotions, incentives, initiatives to drive tertiary sales. Make Annual / quarterly sales plan, required promotional activity, program planning, inventory & ranging plan, sales approach, etc and partner with Account Managers to drive those plans and address any gap. A successful Field Sales Supervisor proves him / herself relevant to resellers Sales management & training team and is able to gain support for the brand without authority. Provide regular update to their manager on the performance of the territories including Sell out, potential business challenges, in-store competition, ranging and issues related to maintenance and merchandising within the assigned stores.Minimum QualificationsMinimum Qualifications10+ years experience in retail operations or sales managementExperience of managing large and diverse teams based out of different geographies and at reseller stores.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration / Sales.Key QualificationsKey QualificationsPreferred QualificationsPreferred QualificationsMonitor vendor staffing performance at the territory level, partner with Assisted Sales team to plan and continue to bring innovation in the program.
