Job Description:At Ascentium Capital, the Sales Coordinator works in conjunction with account executives to support business development and client retention for the specified geographical region.

Primary Responsibilities
Supports account executive’s activities to maintain and nurture existing client relationshipsFunctions as liaison between client companies, account executive, and operations staffPrepares weekly, monthly and/or quarterly reports, as specified by managerOrganizes and maintains file systemParticipates in business/trade events that impact business unitPromotes company-endorsed programs and services within assigned territoryCommunicates credit approvals and declines to vendors, brokers, and customersPrepares documentation to include proper structure and pricing of the transactionPlaces follow up calls to vendors and customers for pending credit issues, invoicing, and to ensure return of required documentsEnsures all credit contingencies have been satisfiedCommunicates with customers, vendors, brokers, and sources to obtain any missing items not returned with the documentation package to properly close transactionsRequires properly prepared invoices and obtains sales quotesResolves issues to facilitate the funding of lease/loan transactionsActively communicates on a daily basis with assigned sources, brokers, vendors and brokers on transactions and funding status of leases/loansThis position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
