We strive to be the premier provider of customized finance programs that add value to our customers' businesses. **Primary Responsibilities** + Updates vendor records with new or updated funding information within the One Pass, Funder, and Mainframe systems + Reviews vendor funding instructions within the VCRM system for proper processing + Processes wire, ACH and Check transaction requests multiple times per day as needed for new volume + Processes ISO Buyback transactions within ACH Utility + Uploads and reviews exceptions for fraud prevention files (in conjunction with the Accounts Payable Dept) to One Pass, i.e. Positive Pay + Aids in research with the VSR on uncashed funding transactions and provides appropriate proof of payments + Processes stop payment as necessary This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act. **Requirements** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field + One (1) year of experience in accounts payable + Experience operating a ten-key calculator/keyboard **Skills and Competencies** + Ability to manage multiple priorities + Ability to learn additional systems as needed + Ability to research, analyze data, and derive facts + Ability to work in a team environment when applicable + Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) + Proficiency in office automation, general ledger chart of accounts, and Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains + Strong attention to detail + Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills + Strong work ethic and self-motivation **Position Type** Full time **Compensation Details** Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions.
