What we are looking for: + Someone with mechanical experience willing to learn all ADAS Scanning and Calibration processes + Comfortable utilizing all tools and equipment to return vehicle back to pre-accident condition + Communicate all adjustments to management and team + Stay up to date on latest ADAS vehicle enhancements + Minimum of 5 years in a certified mechanical tech position or equivalent + Dealership experience preferred, but not required + ASE certification preferred, but not required Here are our non-negotiables: + Maintain a Monday – Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm schedule + Must be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend and manage car parts in excess of 50 pounds + You must have a valid driver's license + Teamwork and Communication skills + Self-accountable and Integrity What’s in it for you? + $100K - $120K - Team commission pay plan + Medical, Dental, Vision coverage, Life Insurance, and a Health Savings Account with B Street contribution + 401(k) with company match + Paid Holidays, Vacation and Sick Time + Internal training and Potential for Growth within the Company We'll keep your inquiry and our conversations confidential from your current employer, regardless of the outcome.
