Aseptic Cleaning Associate
Job Title: Aseptic Cleaning Associate

ResponsibilitiesPrepare, execute, and clean up after required cleaning activities within the Controlled spaces.Directly follow and execute tasks per controlled documents and standard operating procedures on behalf of Manufacturing Operations.Work while wearing clean-room gowning materials.Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, good manufacturing practices, and good documentation practices.Perform and participate in equipment, process, and system validation activities including Environmental Monitoring Performance Qualification (EMPQ) and return to service activities.Perform cGMP cleaning in an aseptic clean-room environment (ISO5, ISO7, ISO8, ISO9).Maintain inventory and perform stocking activities for gowning, cleaning, and consumable materials to ensure sufficient inventory is available to support manufacturing operations.Ensure development of operating schedules and ensure schedule adherence for manufacturing task execution.Perform other duties as needed including return to services cleaning between batches and products, and managing cleaning logs.Essential Skills1 year of experience in a clean-room environment.High School education or equivalent.Attention to detail.Proficient in computer applications such as word processing and spreadsheets.Self-motivated.Additional Skills & QualificationsDemonstrated experience working on results-oriented teams where contribution and collaboration were critical to project success.Proficient in computer applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, and web-based applications.Strong organization and communication skills.Ability to follow written instruction, general clean room knowledge, and understanding of gowning.Ability to gown aseptically and work in a Clean Room environment.Ability to work while gowned for extended periods of time.Ability to work while reaching and working overhead performing repetitive tasks.Extensive use and handling of chemicals and biological materials.Ability to work around laboratories, manufacturing areas, and equipment, and regularly lift 10-20 lbs. and periodically lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
