Aseptic Cleaning Technician
Job Title: Aseptic Cleaning TechnicianJob Description We are seeking a dedicated Aseptic Cleaning Technician for our 1st shift team from 6am to 2:30pm. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our cleanroom facility and adjacent controlled spaces, ensuring compliance with all standard operating procedures and policies. Responsibilities + Perform routine cleaning of cleanroom facility and adjacent controlled spaces. + Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies related to cleaning and behavior in the cleanroom environment. + Handle chemicals appropriately, including identifying chemicals, proper use and preparation, labeling, and storage. + Maintain cleaning equipment, gowning materials, and supplies within storage areas and locker room. + Adhere to facility gowning requirements and demonstrate competence during annual gowning qualification. + Observe Good Documentation Practices (GDP) when recording data on controlled documentation. + Remain professional, work expected hours, complete training, and communicate effectively with team members. + Perform Environmental Monitoring (EM) of controlled spaces, if required. + Use email, Microsoft Teams, and training software on a daily basis. + Perform additional tasks as related to the Cleaning Operations team. Essential Skills + Prior Aseptic Cleaning/Lab Sanitation Experience + Experience following SOPs + Experience gowning up and entering cleanrooms + High School Diploma or Equivalent Additional Skills & Qualifications + GMP Experience is a plus + Comfortable fully gowning up + Proficiency with email and other computer programs Work Environment You will be part of a 7-person team managed by a Project Manager from our services team, working alongside the Lab Team. The position is for the 1st shift from 6am to 2:30pm, with a 30-minute meal break. Training will be conducted for a week or less on the 1st shift. Expect approximately 5 hours of overtime per week.
