Job Title: Aseptic Process Engineer

Location: Rocky Mount, NC

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Aseptic Process Engineer to join our pharmaceutical

manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing,

implementing, and optimizing aseptic manufacturing processes to ensure

compliance with regulatory standards and maintain contamination-free

operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and optimize aseptic manufacturing processes to meet quality, safety, and compliance standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and resolve technical challenges in production.Support engineering activities to modify and improve existing aseptic processes.Develop new test procedures and policies for aseptic environments.Participate in risk analysis and troubleshooting to ensure contamination-free operations.Monitor technology trends to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in aseptic processing within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.Strong understanding of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and regulatory requirements.Experience with sterile filtration, vial filling, terminal sterilization, and automatic visual inspection.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in a related field.Experience with continuous manufacturing processes.Knowledge of ISO room classifications and environmental monitoring.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $70.00/hr.
