End of 2024, Novo Nordisk acquired the manufacturing site Catalent Anagni S.r.l. with the ambition to expand our capacity to meet the needs of millions of patients. You will be part of a global team that will develop the pharma facilities of the future and work with advanced technology to rethink our fill & finish facilities.

 

We are expanding our aseptic manufacturing site in Anagni, and we are looking for skilled professionals to join our growing team.

The Positions

Your work will be helping to build a world class aseptic production, the last step in the value chain before our treatments reach the patient. For this reason, our mission to drive change for patients living with diabetes and other serious chronic diseases is at the heart of everything we do – we are constantly striving to improve our processes, enabling us to transform lives around the world.

 

We seek professionals at various experience levels from within aseptic production who are eager to help enhance production efficiency, ensure aseptic compliance, and drive continuous improvement in our high-tech facility.

 

What You’ll Do:

Cooperate in transferring production standards and system from a corporate standardisation program Be part of ramping up lines and systems within wash and sterilisation, formulation, filling, inspection, environmental monitoring as well as material handling Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the globe to improve manufacturing reliability Develop and implement procedures, SOPs and aseptic best practices Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives. Analyse production data and trends to enhance efficiency and support technical investigations and process validation

 

 

Qualifications

 

A background in engineering, chemistry, pharmaceuticals, or production sciences Experience Level: We are open to both specialists with experience in aseptic production and isolator technology as well as early-career professionals. Your role will be adjusted according to your field and level of experience We welcome relevant experience from various industries English communication skills are a must as you will need to communicate with colleagues world-wide

 

About the Project

 

You will be joining a newly established and growing area in our company, responsible for designing, planning, and building major fill & finish expansions globally for Novo Nordisk globally to meet the growing needs of millions of patients. You will be part of a global team who will develop and deploy the pharma facilities of the future and work with advanced technology which will rethink our fill & finish facilities.   

The Position will be located at our facility in the Anagni area near Rome.
