Job Description
As an Aseptic Technician, you will work hands-on in ISO7, ISO8, and other classified areas with various manufacturing labeling equipment and technologies. Your daily responsibilities will include loading, operating, and preparing supplies for label printing. You will collaborate with the pharmacy, manufacturing, and QA teams to troubleshoot, manage batch records, and handle labels for all Rx products. This role requires experience in reading SOPs, troubleshooting, and previous cleanroom work experience.
ResponsibilitiesWork within the pharmacy, manufacturing, and QA teams on troubleshooting, batch records, and labels for all Rx products.Operate and maintain labeling equipment and technologies in ISO7 and ISO8 clean rooms.Prepare supplies for label printing and ensure accurate label application.Ensure compliance with company Safety Policies, current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Report any accidents, incidents, injuries, or illnesses immediately and notify the manager of any hazards, unsafe acts, or conditions in the workplace.Accurately complete production documentation and maintain cleaning logs per SOP requirements.Set up label machines and troubleshoot printer jams.Comprehend and manage batch record information.Essential SkillsExperience working in the pharmaceutical industry or GMP-related industry (minimum six months).Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) guidelines.Excellent organization and time-management skills.Ability to manage a heavy workload and aggressive timelines in a timely manner.Proficient in using Microsoft Office software products, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information confidentially.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in cleanroom environments.Good communication skills.Ability to complete logbooks accurately.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.Previous experience in R&D and batching is a plus.Work Environment
You will be working in ISO 7 and ISO 8 clean rooms within a 503A facility for direct patient care. This is a full-time 1st shift position with expected hours from 5am to 3:30pm. The position may occasionally flex between shifts depending on business needs, including occasional weekends.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00
