Aseptic Trainer – Shape the Future of Innovation!

Join PDS Tech Commercial's dynamic team as a Manufacturing Specialist in Morris Plains, New Jersey, where you’ll play a key role in both production operations and training for critical roles in Cell and Gene Therapy. You’ll deliver hands-on technical training in aseptic techniques, GMP, and QC microbiology while supporting day-to-day manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety.

Aseptic Trainer (also referred to as Manufacturing Specialist)

Start: ASAP

Location: Morris Plains, NJ - work is ONSITE

Contract Length: 6 months, possible to extend

Pay range: $27.95 - $36.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical training in aseptic qualifications, GMP, and microbiology techniques.

Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes for quality and efficiency.

Ensure compliance with GxP, safety, and documentation standards.

Support training gaps and provide real-time feedback.

Qualifications:

High school diploma with 1+ years of GMP/pharmaceutical experience.

1+ years of training experience in a production, QA, or QC role.

Experience in aseptic/sterile environments and cleanroom practices is preferred.

Cell and gene therapy experience is a plus.

Pay Details: $27.95 to $36.00 per hour
