Aseptic Vial Filling Technician - 3rd shift
Adecco is recruiting for a Aseptic Vial Filling Technician - 3rd shift for a client in Syracuse, NY. We are seeking a dedicated Aseptic Vial Filling Technician to join our team on the 3rd shift. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with mechanical aptitude and a keen eye for detail to contribute to the production of sterile products in a regulated, clean-room environment. As a key member of the team, you’ll play an integral role in ensuring the proper filling and sterilization of products to meet stringent quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform all procedures required for the aseptic filling of sterile products, ensuring a clean and controlled environment. + Set up and operate equipment, including filling machines, vial washers, powder recovery systems, and sterilizing tunnels, following standard operating procedures (SOPs). + Apply aseptic techniques while working in a clean room/ISO rated environment to ensure product sterility. + Clean and sanitize equipment, walls, and floors in accordance with SOPs to maintain aseptic conditions. + Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment and replace damaged or worn parts as necessary. + Operate autoclaves for sterilization of components and machine parts. + Ensure components are obtained, handled, and prepared per documentation and SOPs. + Participate in training programs to maintain qualification status for working in aseptic areas. + May assist with Quality Control environmental monitoring tasks. + Collaborate with fellow technicians to continually improve processes and knowledge. + Be a proactive, self-starting team member with a high level of attention to detail and mechanical aptitude. + Flexibility to work overtime and additional shifts as needed to meet production demands. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Science or a related field preferred. + 1-3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment with related duties. + Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment. + Prior experience in a regulated industry is a plus. + Ability to work in a fast-paced, sterile environment and maintain focus on quality and safety. + Strong attention to detail and adherence to strict procedures and guidelines. **Pay Details:** $25.00 to $27.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
