**The Opportunity:**
CACI has a reusable solution known as the Agile Solution Factory (ASF) which is an Agile-at-Scale delivery execution model and is looking for individuals to help grow the ASF solution. CACI is looking for an Agile transformation leader and SPCT with experience in coaching Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) implementations and leading SAFe Advanced Certification training sessions The desired candidate will be a servant leader; someone who can facilitate both change and collaboration at scale. Our SAFe coach will embody the attributes of the Lean-Agile mindset, as well as a learning and growth attitude, to lead by example while continuously fostering positive change.
While having many responsibilities, this role has three primary ones:
+ Supporting proposal shaping and RFP responses as they relate to the ASF and Agile-at-Scale
+ Coaching and training CACI programs as they execute using an Agile-at-Scale model
+ Build ASF re-usable solutions, playbooks, training material, and tools
**Responsibilities:**
Supports Proposal Development for opportunities related to the ASF that CACI is pursuing:
+ Works in coordination with CACI Business Development & Capture Management and other Solution Architect stakeholders to shape future opportunities to work best with ASF delivery execution models
+ Brief CACI Business Development & Capture Management stakeholders with regards to the goals and capabilities of the ASF execution models and how it brings specific benefits to an organization which adopts them
Coaching CACI programs about ASF execution models:
+ Develop and present ASF execution model-related training materials to CACI Staff, Government Stakeholders, and other interested parties
+ Teach SAFe Advanced classes, such as SPC, RTE, and LPM.
+ Teach interested parties how to accurately and efficiently accomplish root cause analysis to realize the performance improvements of doing so.
+ Teach interested parties how the ASF execution models will provide added value and remove common industry impediments common to scaled enterprise programs
+ Teach interested parties how agile metrics are used to measure and improve performance
+ Recognize incorrect agile-at-scale practices and work to correct the errors in teams/programs/contracts by teaching all stakeholders about proper ASF execution model execution
+ Using the principles of SAFe, serve the teams, enable product delivery, and benefit the overall enterprise.
+ By embodying servant leadership, help the organization increase SAFe’s effectiveness and relentlessly expand collaboration, coordination, knowledge transfer, and consistent information flow.
+ Participate and contribute to CACI’s Agile Communities of Practice (CoP) and provide SAFe certification training.
+ Measure and grow the SAFe implementation at various points using SAFe-provided assessments to understand where the organization is on the path to business agility.
+ Reinforce our unique agile values and culture throughout CACI
Build ASF re-usable solutions:
+ Proactively seek opportunities to use process improvement and re-engineering methodologies to facilitate improvements to processes.
+ Build re-usable playbooks, training material, solution contents for Programs support and Capture opportunities.
+ The ability to be adaptable and to work constructively with a technically diverse team is also crucial. The Agile Solution Factory emphasizes innovation and looks for individuals who can bring creative ideas to solve complex problems.
**Qualifications:**
_Required:_
+ Must be a U.S. Citizen, with or eligible for a Government security clearance
+ Candidate must have one of the following:
+ 10 years of industry-related experience and bachelor’s degree
+ 7 years of industry-related experience and master’s degree
+ Willingness to learn and stay abreast of industry trends
+ Multiple years of experience working on and executing an Agile contract or program within the Federal Government
+ Held leadership roles within an agile-at-scale contract or program
+ Three (3) years’ experience coaching SAFe implementations
+ Certified SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC) or Certified SAFe® Program Consultant Trainer (SPCT)
+ Ability to collaborate with teammates and take appropriate action (self-start, or directed) based on that collaboration
_Desired:_
+ 10 years actively participating in Agile teams
+ 5 years actively participating in Agile-at-Scale
+ Experience in DevSecOps
+ Experience as Release Train Engineer (RTE)
+ Taught SAFe courses including Implementing SAFe, Lean Portfolio Management, Release Train Engineer etc.
+ Agile Coaching Experience

**Pay Range** : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$102,900 - $216,200
