Over 17,000 organizations worldwide rely on SHI’s concierge approach to help them solve what’s next. **But the heartbeat of SHI is our employees – all 6,000 of them.** If you join our team, you’ll enjoy: + Our commitment to diversity, as the largest minority- and woman-owned enterprise in the U.S. + Continuous professional growth and leadership opportunities. + Health, wellness, and financial benefits to offer peace of mind to you and your family. + World-class facilities and the technology you need to thrive – in our offices or yours. **Responsibilities** _Include, but are not limited to:_ + Lead both independent as well as collaborative discussions with clients regarding data enablement requirements + Acquire and develop advanced technical and programmatic skill sets + Understand OEM and industry landscape relative to solutions and market trends + Support development of go-to-market strategies across all solutions + Educate and develop sales teams on data enablement solution selling and key technologies + Develop and maintain internal intellectual property: a combination of white papers, subject matter guides, assessment processes and measurement documents, and project briefs + Perform assessment and/or solution deployment activities including requirement definition, feasibility, and delivery + Understand and support SHI data enablement services offerings and portfolio **Qualifications** + PreferredBachelor’sdegree or equivalent work experience + Minimum of 5 years of experience working with design and delivery/implementation of data enablement, integration, and automation + Minimum of 2 years of experience presenting to customers, internal teams, or local professional groups + Performance of one or more gap assessments for formalized industry frameworks and compliance requirements preferred but not required + Experience with tools like Power Automate, UI Path, Power BI, Tableau, Power Apps, Copilot for Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Amazon Q, and Microsoft Fabric **Required Skills** + Ability to demonstrate technical capabilities of security technology + Ability to design an appropriate data center/hybrid solution based on requirement documents + Ability to recommend data enablement solutions based on industry trends and knowledge of client environments + Proficiency with the following Microsoft Office products: Word, PowerPoint, and Visio + Must possess knowledge across the full scope of technical data enablement solutions, including automation, low-code/no-code, data solutions, and artificial intelligence + Ability to conduct self-study and independent work in lab facilities to increase job-related skillset **Preferred Skills** + Technical writing (redacted samples may be requested) + Presentation skills. + Ability to architect solutions to demonstration product and outcome + Highly organized with strong oral and written communication, presentation and consultative experience across a diverse set of data center technology solutions + Solution scoping + RFP response experience **Certifications Required** One or more of the following industry certifications: + Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect + Power Automate RPA Developer Associate **Unique Requirements** + Valid driver’s license + Must be able to pass client-required background checks as needed + Travel up to 20% to client sites **Additional Information** + The estimated annual pay range for this position is $120,000 - $230,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
