Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that includes both organic and paid efforts to increase brand visibility and engagement across platforms such as Facebook (FB), Instagram (IG), LinkedIn and Twitter.Manage the creation and distribution of engaging content across social media channels, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing goals.Oversee paid advertising campaigns, including planning, budgeting, execution, and performance analysis.Utilize Google Analytics and other data analysis tools to monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.Conduct comprehensive analysis of digital marketing reports, extract key insights, and formulate strategic recommendations to enhance marketing performance based on the findings.Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Asia and collaborate with the global team to integrate digital marketing strategies with broader marketing campaigns.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media to keep the brand at the forefront of the digital space.Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables within budget and timelines.Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
