What You’ll Do:
• Lead Backend team to ensure smooth execution and delivery of our work to internal or external vendors.
• Provide technical oversight to improve Quality of Results (QoR) and ensure successful tapeouts.
• Plan, guide, and mentor the Backend team, ensuring timely deliveries with high-quality standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with architects, design teams, integration teams, and external partners.
• Identify opportunities for flow & process improvements and innovation.
• Evaluate new EDA tools and emerging technologies.
• Risk identification & mitigation strategies in the work domain.
What You’ll Bring:
• MSc (preferred) or BSc in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 10+ years of experience leading teams through multiple successful ASIC tape-outs.
• Deep Technical Knowledge: ASIC timing constraints and STA, Synthesis & Formal verification, Physical design and Power Analysis & Low Power techniques.
• A passion for deep-diving into complex design issues, with the ability to implement creative solutions.
• Comfortable navigating the tech landscape with UNIX/Linux. Experience in working with advanced technology nodes.
• EDA Tool proficiency.
• A drive for continuous improvement, always seeking creative solutions and pushing boundaries to build something extraordinary.
• You thrive in a team, bringing a mix of leadership, collaboration, and independent drive to every project
