The Security IP group is looking for a R&D Manager who will lead the development of complex IP components and subsystems for our customer’s leading-edge security needs. Key responsibilitiesLead the development and verification of Root of Trust productsDevelop product design and verification strategiesResource Management of an R&D team that include HW and SW design and verificationProject planning and KPI trackingCommunication of project status to upper managementStay up to date with latest developments in the domain of embedded security
RequirementsSignificant proven expertise in design or verification of digital hardware IP componentsExperience on project management and resource managementGood knowledge about IC Design flows and excellent problem solving and debugging skillsStrong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skillsFamiliar with embedded software development in CB.Sc. or Masters in EE or Computer Science with 8+ years of experienceDesirable: Knowledge of Security and Cryptographic Protocols
