The Clerk provides administrative and customer service support by running routine tasks and satisfying customer needs.

Supporting routine activities based on Service Level Agreement. Working as order management associate and managing overall activities related to customer orders. Contributing as a team member to ensure the team meets all its KPIs. Ensuring daily volumes are completed with high quality standard. Ensuring all customer requests are acknowledged. What will help you thrive in this role?Bachelor’s Degree in Business preferred; High school diploma required.
Six months of relevant experience
SAP experience preferred.
