ASM HQ -Security Specialist
**JOB DESCRIPTION** **Quality Policy:** To meet or exceed our customer’s expectations for quality, delivery, and service through continual improvement, striving to meet our objectives and committing to meeting all legal and statutory requirements. **Position** : ASM HQ - Security Specialist **Location** : Tampa, FL (This is not a remote position) **Security Clearance:** Top Secret w/SCI Eligibility **Duties and Responsibilities:** + Manage the company’s National Industrial Security Program (NISP) and conduct self-inspections and ensure the company is ready for inspections by the Defense Security Service (DSS) to ensure compliance. + Preserve working knowledge of DoD 5220.22-M (NISPOM) and other DoD regulations pertaining to the compliance of the company’s programs. + Manage DISS, NISS, OBMS/eMASS, and SPOT accounts (or their associated successor systems). + Interface with the DSS, various government agencies, and other DoD contracting companies. + Coordinate Common Access Card requests and SCI nomination paperwork with government customer Security Officers and prime company Security Managers. + Serve as the deployment manager pertaining to Letters of Authorization (LOA) and Request for Visit (RFV) via the DSS. + Serve as Key Control Custodian for the company. + Ensure the company Facility Clearance is current at all times and lead the effort to submit a Changed Condition Package if required. + Maintain control of and manage the issuance of classified laptops to be used when working on classified proposals. + Serve as the company Information System Security Manager (ISSM) and work with ISSO for classified hardware compliance. + Maintain a good relationship with the Business Development, Operations, Finance, and Human Resource Departments and provide support on special projects and tasks. + Other duties as required. **Education and Experience Requirements:** + Associate Degree in a related field or 3-4 years Industry experience in lieu of. + Completed CDSE FSO Program Management in the NISP curriculum, preferred. + Completed CDSE ISSM RMF required courses, preferred. + Experience with administering a Personnel Security Program including in/out processing of employees, initiating Secret and Top Secret investigations, CAF messaging via the RRU functions, incident reporting, and visit requests through DISS. + Experience with administering a Security Awareness Training and Education Programs based off employees’ access level, need-to-know, position, and special duties. + Experience with administering a Physical Security Program including access control, safeguarding of company assets and classified information. + Experience serving as the Insider Threat Program Senior Officer and administering the company’s Insider Threat Program. + Experience establishing an Information Management Program to ensure records and documents are maintained, archived, and/or destroyed as appropriate. + Experience supporting classified DoD Contracts as a prime and sub-contractor FSO.
