Basic Requirements:

-    Microsoft Visual Studio 2008/2010

-    Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0

-    Common Language Runtime

-    ADO.NET, ASP.NET, LINQ

-    Dependency Injection (Spring.Net, Microsoft Unity, and etc.)

-    Unit Testing: MSTest, NUnit

-    Mocking Framework (i.e.: MOQ)

-    Experience with Peer reviews

-    Familiarity Agile [Scrum and XP Engineering Practices]

-    Familiarity with Continuous Integration

-    Familiarity with Test Driven Development (TDD)
