Join our dedicated asphalt team! We're seeking hardworking individuals to operate paving machines, inspect prepared areas, mix and spread materials, and maintain equipment. We have 10 openings, including roller operators, a paver operator, and screed operators. This role offers plenty of overtime and growth opportunities.
ResponsibilitiesOperate paving machines to spread and level hot mix paving material.Inspect prepared areas before paving.Mix and spread paving materials.Maintain correct speed and line of travel while operating machinery.Clean and maintain equipment.Report repair needs to the supervisor.Work Monday through Saturday, 60-70 hours per week during peak season.Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, especially Colorado winters.Essential Skills1+ year of asphalt paving experience.Experience with asphalt, asphalt paving, and paving.Ability to operate paving machinery such as screed, roller, and paver.General labor and production experience.Proficiency with power tools and hand tools.Ability to perform heavy lifting.Additional Skills & QualificationsPossess or obtain steel-toed boots, working pouches, tape measure, framing hammer, and 12 lb. hammer.Must have rubber boots if working on the concrete team.BenefitsCompetitive pay with ample overtime opportunities.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Retirement savings plan with company match.Paid time off and holidays.Opportunities for career advancement into finishing or supervisory roles.Year-round steady construction work.Why Work Here?This position offers ample overtime and steady, year-round construction work.
