We are looking for an individual who loves litigation and managing cases.What You Will Be Doing- You will not have to market for cases
- Your practice will be dedicated to litigation only
- We have a dedicated "intake" department so you will not have to be on the phone handling intakesWhat You Need for this Position- At least two completed Personal Injury Trials- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. 
- Admitted to the Florida Bar with no suspensions or revocations. 
- 5+ years experience in Personal Injury law
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively.What's In It for You$150k-$200k Base Salary plus bonuses for OTE of over $350k
- Quarterly fee bonuses on both generated and non-generated cases
