<span 72="">We are seeking an Associate Director Biopharma Industrial Risk & Business Continuity Plans to define Policies, Standards and Procedures for Governance on Industrial Risk at Biopharma and development of Business Continuity Plans. Perform joint actions with other stakeholders and execute Biopharma mitigation plans. Participate in the cross functional Risk Management Committee, accountable to evaluate, approve and prioritize all Grifols risk management initiatives

 

What your responsibilities will be

 

<span 72="">Define and optimize supply chain or industrial operations policies, processes, and systems to ensure risk mitigation. <span 72="">Collaborate cross-functionally (Procurement, Industrial, Quality, Regulatory and R&D; IT, Facilities, Engineering and E2E, Supply Chain/Logistics) to align Biopharma Industrial Operations with business goals. <span 72="">Own global material master data and supply risk management. <span 72="">Define and monitor supply chain risk KPIs. <span 72="">Lead business continuity planning. <span 72="">Participate in the Biopharma Industrial Risk Evaluation Committee. <span 72="">Assess and mitigate risks related to raw materials, facilities, process, flows, suppliers and services. <span 72="">Evaluate contract manufacturing, tenders’ fulfilment risks and disaster recovery plans.

<span 72="">Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a matrix structure influencing stakeholders. <span 72="">Excellent communication skills across all levels. <span 72="">Experience in project management tools. <span 72="">Build relationships, able to negotiate & influence, manage change in matrix environment. <span 72="">More than 5 years of experience in multinational corporations. <span 72="">Practical working experience in enterprise change, growth strategy implementation, and complex financial analysis. <span 72="">A team-builder and have an ability to work well with multi-functional teams, be a strategic and creative thinker, have a positive can-do attitude, and work well in a constantly evolving environment. <span 72="">Open and welcoming to change, be result oriented, be self-motivated and proactive, have exceptional problem-solving skills, work comfortably with top business management, and demonstrate an ability to stay calm under stress and uncertainty, influencing the same in the team. <span 72="">Demonstrated people skills and an ability to move a cross-functional group and senior business leadership in a unified direction and with a unified vision.
