Major Position Responsibilities Assemble components into sub-assemblies and perform final assembly of Aircraft and Crew-served weapons. Maintain, sets-up and operate a variety of equipment such as arbor and hydraulic straightening presses, paint. Follow established company directives and policies, military specifications, process sheet operations, and instructions.Ensure appropriate interchange of sub-assembly components through a constant awareness of required tolerance and fit of mating parts. Use precision functional gages, alignment and work holding fixtures, pneumatic tools, drill presses, riveters, etc. Perform fitting and rework tasks such as grinding, filling, drilling, etc. Use hand tools such as pneumatic and hand type abrasive tools, wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, mallets, etcMust have physical ability to lift, move, adjust, etc. items weighing approximately 35 lbs. on a production basis.

Basic QualificationsRequired:
Must pass an Assembly on site test using blueprints and be mechanically skilledHigh school diploma or G.E.D. required.Employee must have basic computer skills and may be required to enter and verify information into written forms or database(s) as appropriate.Average 18 months.
