**Assembler** **Job Description** Pay: $16.00/HR - $20.00/HR Shift: 1st 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM **Typical Day:** - Perform assemblies and sub-assemblies under a microscope using extremely small parts (microelectronics) - Start shift by getting to the cell, pulling work orders, and preparing tools and equipment needed for assemblies - Stationed at a work cell, perform tasks such as soldering, wire stripping, sanding, bonding, etching, stamping, etc. - Use basic work instructions to complete assemblies - Perform other production tasks as assigned by supervisor - Conduct visual inspections of finished assemblies to ensure accuracy **Hard Skills** + Small Part Assembly + Basic Computer Skills + Assembly Drawings **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
