**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** The candidate will work on the production line for a new ramp-up project. Duties will include assembling materials, operating machines, inspecting parts, and packaging them for shipment. The candidate may also be responsible for assembling components and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. **Responsibilities** + Assemble materials on the production line. + Operate machines and equipment. + Inspect parts for quality and defects. + Package inspected parts for shipment. + Maintain a clean and safe working environment. **Essential Skills** + Manufacturing Experience with at least 6 months of recent experience. + Experience in a recent role such as production worker, operator, assembler, or warehouse position within the last 6 months. + Ability to lift 40 lbs. + Visual inspection experience, with the ability to identify defects such as scratches, paint marks, and dents. + Job longevity of 8 months or longer at the past 3 jobs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Mechanical skills. + Machine operating experience. **Why Work Here?** Employees will receive shift premiums even during training. The team consists of a 6-person operation. Employees are required to wear work pants, work shirts, closed-toed shoes, safety glasses, and face masks. A drug test is required. The position involves working overtime, which may include weekends during the launch period.
