**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking an attentive and detail-oriented Assembler who is comfortable being on their feet throughout the day and can work collaboratively with others. The ideal candidate should be willing to be cross-trained in various areas and participate in a 12-step process of modem assembly and refurbishment. **Responsibilities** + Documenting received parts. + Performing factory resets by manually pressing a button. + Conducting automatic tests by plugging in up to 32 units to determine repair needs. + Conducting Wi-Fi tests. + Performing elevated temperature tests. + Performing cosmetic cleaning and repairs. + Conducting In Process Quality Control (IPQC). + Kitting parts. + Palletizing kits for shipment to AT&T. + Shipping completed kits. **Essential Skills** + Strong attention to detail. + Comfortable being on their feet for the entire day. + Ability to work well with others. + Willingness to be cross-trained in various areas. + Hand dexterity. + Punctuality. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Assembly experience. + Pack and packing experience. + Retail experience. + Repair and refurbishing skills. + Stock and quality inspection. + Soldering and test equipment usage. + RF scanner and computer proficiency. + Blueprint reading. + Power tool operation. + General labor experience. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team and be part of a major partnership with growth opportunities into leadership roles such as Leads, Supervisors, and Managers.
