**Job Title: Assembler - 1st Shift** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Assemblers to join our team on the 1st shift. You will work collaboratively in teams of 4-5 on various manufacturing lines or cells to assemble sections of HVAC units for the auto industry. Each station is equipped with all necessary hand and power tools. Attention to detail is crucial for ensuring the quality and precision of the assembled units. **Responsibilities** + Assemble HVAC units in a team setting on designated lines or cells. + Utilize hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks. + Follow detailed written and verbal instructions accurately. + Work with a variety of parts, including small, medium, and large components. + Ensure the assembled section meets quality standards before passing it down the line. + Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to meet production goals. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing setting performing assembly work. + Knowledge and experience using hand and power tools. + Experience working on an assembly line. + Ability to read and follow detailed instructions. + Capability to work both independently and as part of a team. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Proficiency in mechanical assembly. + Ability to use a tape measure accurately. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values hard work and dedication, offering weekly pay for hourly employees. The environment is temperature-controlled, providing a comfortable workspace. The 1st shift operates Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with potential overtime until 5 p.m. most days.
