**Job Title: Assembler**
**Job Description**
Located in Seattle, the Assembler role involves standing at a station assembling die-casted, plastic, and rubber parts. The position requires the use of a grease brush on certain parts such as springs. Assemblers will need to be comfortable with tablets as they will use them daily for their system. The job involves assembling parts for 2-4 hours or all day, as well as packaging using an automated tabletop sealer. This role is located at an offsite warehouse about 4 miles away, with occasional work at the main building.
**Responsibilities**
+ Use a computer to log entries.
+ Assemble and package parts correctly in a warehouse work environment.
+ Read bills of materials using a computer system.
+ Identify various nuts, bolts, screws, washers, and assembly components by part number.
+ Pick parts in the warehouse by identifying warehouse locations using the computer system.
+ Complete picking orders and work orders accurately and efficiently.
+ Meet time standards for each assembled and packaged product.
+ Meet quality control standards for each assembled and packaged product.
+ Visually check components for quality defects.
+ Count the correct amounts of components to assemble/package correctly.
+ Complete paperwork and labels as to what and how much was completed.
+ Read part numbers and location IDs from computer screens to gather components from the warehouse.
+ Develop and maintain strong working relationships with co-workers and supervisors.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in production and assembly, especially with plastic, rubber, and die-casted parts.
+ Proficiency with basic hand tools such as screws, screwdrivers, and hand drills.
+ Ability to lift and the person up to 40 pounds.
+ Capability to stand on feet all day.
+ Perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
+ Basic math skills.
+ Attention to detail to meet quality standards.
+ Basic computer skills, including navigating using a mouse and touchscreens.
+ Good eyesight to see defects on parts and identify different sizes of nuts/bolts.
+ Clear reading, writing, and comprehension of English.
+ Ability to produce quality work at a fast pace.
+ Experience using a hand truck and pallet jack.

+ Flexibility to work at different locations as needed.
