**_Immediate Hirring For Cleanroom Assembler - 2nd_** **Shift** **Job Description** + We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Cleanroom Assemblers. + In this role, you will be responsible for assembling catheters used to prevent aneurysms in the brain. + This position involves working with microscopes and small hand tools to assemble intricate components such as coiling wire and small tubing. + The pay rate for this position varies based on experience and performance during the assessment and interview process. **Responsibilities** + Assemble catheters in a cleanroom environment using small hand tools. + Work with a microscope for the majority of the time to ensure precision and accuracy. + Handle and assemble small components such as coiling wire and tubing. + Maintain high standards of quality and performance. + Ensure good attendance and dependability. **Essential Skills** + Experience working in a cleanroom environment. + Proficiency with small hand tools. + Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods. + Strong attention to detail and precision. **Why Work Here?** + Upon permanent hire, we offer comprehensive benefits including 100% coverage for the employee and 50% for immediate family members. + Employees are also eligible for 401K plans, paid time off, and holiday pay. + We value good attendance, quality work, and performance, and provide opportunities for growth and learning. **Work Environment** + You will work in a cleanroom environment where full gown attire is required. + Our management is understanding and provides multiple chances as long as attendance is good and effort is evident. + The work schedule typically involves working 10 hours a day, 6 days a week, with an average of 40 to 45 hours per week. + The cleanroom environment encourages good relationships and communication as long as quality work is maintained. **Additional Information:** + Monday through Saturday, 3:30pm to 12am (midnight) + Currently they are hiring employees, and most will need to currently work 10 hours a day, 6 days a week. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
