Job Description: Level 1 Assembler Level 1 Assembler Job Purpose: Level 1 assemblers are trained in assembly of product but have not received certification as final assembler. This associate is classified as an assistant and or working towards certification. Level 1 Assembler Job Duties: + Demonstrates the ability to assist in all final assembly positions + General production help + Tapping sleeve final assembly + Ultra-sleeve final assembly + TX3 final assembly + Repair Clamp final assembly + Operate production equipment in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures + Build product subassemblies or final assemblies + Prepare and assemble materials + Maintain inventory of job materials + Package finished products + Plan and lay out work to meet production and schedule requirements + Start up and shut down processing equipment + Adhere to all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures for health, safety, and environmental compliance + Clean production equipment or work areas + Select proper cleaning materials, tools, or equipment Skills/Qualifications: Teamwork, Coordination, Organization, Planning, Time Management, Reporting Skills, Inventory Control, Dependability
