**Qualifications:**
**Minimum Qualifications, Education, and Experience**
+ High School Diploma or GED is desirable but not required.
+ Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
+ Must be 18 years of age or older.
**Work Environment**
+ The position operates in a clean room environment.
+ The employee may be required to sit or stand for extended periods depending on the machine being operated.
+ No travel is required for this position.
+ Must be able to occasionally lift and move objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
**Scheduled Hours:**
+ 10:45 PM to 7:15 AM
**Responsibilities:**
**Position Summary**
The Assembler I will manually assemble small parts using hand tools, fixtures, and equipment. This role involves inspecting, weighing, packaging, and sorting defective medical devices as needed to ensure compliance with quality standards.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.
+ Use excellent manual dexterity to assemble small parts with hand tools, fixtures, and/or equipment, and sort products for defects as required.
+ Conduct visual inspections of products using various magnification tools to ensure high-quality standards.
+ Complete production records and work order documentation as needed.
+ Weigh, count, package, and label finished products accurately.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications**
+ Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures.
+ Strong hand/eye coordination.
+ Open to constructive feedback and ability to take direction.
+ Capable of working independently on assigned lines or processes to meet production rates.
+ Flexible and adaptable to changing work environments and processes; willing to learn new concepts and tasks.
+ Demonstrated ability to assemble parts from subcomponents (Hand Assembly Off-Line & On-Line).
+ Ability to identify and communicate non-conformities or quality issues effectively.
+ Strong listening and communication skills.
+ Ability to work overtime as required.
+ Adhere to all safety policies and utilize designated personal protective equipment (PPE) as required by job tasks.
+ Follow the attendance policy and be at the designated workstation on time.
+ Ability to take direction from supervisors, coordinators, or line/cell leaders and complete tasks with a positive attitude.
+ Contribute effectively as part of a team.
**Pay Details:** $19.50 per hour
