**Job Title: Assembler**
**Job Description**
We are looking for individuals to join our New Product Introduction (NPI) team, where you will work on products in their initial stages of production before they are approved for mass production. You will be assembling diagnostic machines, blood analyzers, and heart monitors by following work instructions on computers and Travelers. This role involves mechanical and electronic assembly, documentation, and the use of hand tools.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble products according to detailed work instructions and Travelers.
+ Perform mechanical and electronic assembly tasks.
+ Utilize hand tools, including torque wrenches.
+ Complete in-process documentation accurately.
+ Read and follow blueprints and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
+ Operate computers for data entry and accessing work instructions.
**Essential Skills**
+ 6+ months of experience in manufacturing, preferably in the medical field.
+ Experience with medical documentation.
+ Proficiency in using hand tools, especially torque wrenches.
+ Strong attention to detail.
+ At least 1 year of experience working with computers and digital work instructions.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ No experience required if candidates are sharp and mechanically inclined.

**Work Environment**
Our facility is very nice, clean, comfortable, and well-lit. Although we build medical instruments, it is not a clean room but still a regulated work environment. The hours for this position are from 7am to 3:30pm. Candidates must be willing to work overtime and be available for occasional weekend shifts, especially during the 3rd and 4th quarters.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, Minnesota.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
