**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** The Assembler will perform a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies. This role requires the ability to follow methods and sequences of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on assembly units. **Responsibilities** + Organize and verify components for assembly. + Assemble sub or final assemblies in a timely fashion. + Check the quality and operation of work. + Maintain all required documentation. + Solder wires and cable connections as required. + Read blueprints required to assemble components and/or electro/mechanical assemblies. + Complete any and all quality and assembly documentation as required. + Ensure that design, implementation, test, and maintenance methods/processes are developed and executed in a manner that supports all Quality Standards. **Essential Skills** + Assembly + Soldering **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Basic computer skills required. + Knowledge of the use of soldering iron and related equipment. + Knowledge of basic hand tools, torque tools, and hand crimp tools. + Strong verbal and written communication skills required. + Previous assembly experience required. + Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment. + Ability to read and understand schematics. + Must be able to lift 30 - 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time. **Why Work Here?** We offer a supportive and dynamic work environment where your skills and expertise are valued.
