What We Offer $17.50 per hour, starting pay 1st shift, 7:00 AM – 5:45 PM Health benefits, including telehealth medical services 401k Opportunity for advancement Referral program What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED Trade school training, preferred 1+ year(s) of assembly experience 1+ year(s) of reading blueprints, schematics, or diagrams Previous experience using tools Ability to stoop and bend Must provide your own tools Mechanical aptitude What You’ll Do as an Assembler Construct the shell of the unit Put all necessary components, such as blowers, coils, bulkheads, and compressors, in the unit Fasten the unit once the components have been set into place Read blueprints and schematics to build HVAC units Perform other tasks as assigned
