Job Description:We are seeking a skilled High Volume Solder Assembler to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing high-volume solder assembly work in accordance with IPC Class 3 specifications. This role requires the use of a microscope or magnification to ensure precision and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: + Perform high-volume solder assembly work to IPC Class 3 specifications. + Utilize through-hole soldering techniques compliant with IPC 610/620 standards. + Work in an Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) environment. + Use chemicals to aid in cleaning and maintaining a safe work environment. + Operate under a microscope or magnification as needed for detailed assembly tasks. + Maintain high levels of quality and precision in all assembly work. Requirements: + Proven experience with through-hole soldering techniques according to IPC 610/620 standards. + Prior experience working in an ESD environment. + Proficiency in using chemicals for cleaning purposes. + Ability to perform detailed work under a microscope or magnification. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. + Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume production setting.
