We are currently looking for a Coil Assembler, who is responsible to wind, shape, measure, tape, test medium to low voltage electrically insulated copper coils with a variety of tools and equipment.

The ability to perform routine and repetitive assembly operations and processes under direct supervision.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Wind, Shape and Form, Tape, and TestPerform electrical testsInsulation Resistance, Hi-Pot, Surge and Resistance TestsPerform Mechanical Measurements as they relate to the different types of electrical insulated conductorsAssemble and adjust various types and styles of product from start to finish.Effectively communicate and work in a team environment.Maintain a clean and safe workplace in accordance with Rexnord policies, 5S procedures, and in line with Rexnord core values.

Qualifications and Requirements:

A minimum of 1 year of experience in assembly or a production facility; high school diploma or equivalentAbility to comprehend and read work instructions in English.Strong hand-eye coordinationAttention to detail, safety, quality, and productivityOption to sit or stand job
