**Job Title:** Assembly Technician **Location:** Newark, DE **Pay Rate:** $19.25/HR **Shift:** 1st shift, Monday - Thursday 7AM - 5:30PM Our client empowers businesses and communities to manage their energy needs responsibly through their innovative technology platform. We are seeking assembly technicians to join the team in Newark, DE. This role is essential to our manufacturing process, ensuring that our products meet high standards of quality and efficiency. The assembly technician will report to manufacturing supervisor and work fully on-site. **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform advanced assembly of products according to specifications and instructions + Select materials from kit carts for standard work + Inspect completed work using designated equipment + Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices + Operate various machines and hand tools **Physical Requirements:** + Prolonged standing and repetitive tasks + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs + Manual dexterity and excellent hand-eye coordination + Must wear PPE + May require wearing a respirator or passing a fit test **Skills and Experience:** + High school diploma or equivalency required + Prior manufacturing experience preferred + Basic computer skills and hand tool experience + Understanding of manufacturing products and equipment preferred + Ability to work effectively with all organizational levels **Work Schedule:** + Monday - Thursday 7:00AM - 5:30PM + Fridays may require mandatory OT when needed **SIGN ON BONUS!** We are now offering a **$500 NET** sign on bonus !! + $250 **30 days after start date** + $250 **60 days** **after start date** + You must show up on the first day and still be employed in their role after 30 days and 60 days at the time of payout.
