**Aerotek is currently hiring for an aviation-adjacent manufacturing company in St. Charles. Candidates with any experience in assembly and interest in quality inspection will be considered for these long-term roles** **Job Description** Assemblers will be: + Using microscopes on a daily basis + Employees will be working in a team-oriented environment, performing tasks associated with the fabrication of laser diode bars, laser diode arrays, or laser diode pumped gain modules + Employees will be fabricating laser diode bars + Will fabricate hard and/or soft solder mounted bar assemblies + Will prepare mechanical parts for laser diode array and subassembly builds + Will laser diode array builds + Will assemble and test CW gain modules. **Shift** **Shifts: Either Monday - Thursday OR Tuesday - Friday** 4:30pm - 3:00am **Work Environment** Work in a climate-controlled, clean room environment where lab coats are required.
