**Job Title: Assembler** **Pay Rate- $20 / hour** **Shift- 1st** Looking for entry level assemblers with mechanical or electrical assembly experience!! **Job Description:** • Assembles products to engineering specifications and drawings using tools provided. • Use soldering irons, solder pots, and hand tools to perform work. • Assemble parts and perform tasks such as potting, encapsulation, epoxy bonding, sanding, and cleaning. • May assemble prototype units for engineering. • Recommends solutions to assembly problems regarding fixtures and tools. • Assists other assemblers with questions related to the assembly of our products. **Additional Skills and Qualifications:** • 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment, or technical certificate • High School diploma or equivalent. • This position requires either a US Person or a non-US Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization • Able to interpret specification, diagram and/or blueprints. • Able to perform simple math (addition and subtraction, ex. look at dimension) • Physical Requirements: • Lifting and transport of units up to 30 pounds unassisted. • Ability to use soldering iron. • Use of hands in a repetitive cycle. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
