**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** Pay: $18-20/hr 1st shift 7a-3:30p Mon-Fri Each weld line consists of a welder/machine operator and a bundler. The weld line cannot run without a bundler, which is essential for our shop as well. The bundler works as part of a team. - Read and interpret blueprints/sketches and prepare material accordingly - Adjust weld parameters and machine settings to ensure welds conform with all specifications - Inspect welds for any non-conformances, missing welds, and repair or rework as necessary, also alerting other employees if necessary - Perform daily machine maintenance - Inspect pipe for any quality issues and ensure end prep is correct - Strong math skills are frequently used **Hard Skills** + Reading and interpreting blueprints/sketches + Adjusting weld parameters and machine settings + Inspecting and repairing welds + Performing daily machine maintenance + Inspecting pipe quality + Strong math skills **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 90 Day(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Salisbury, North Carolina. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
