Temp-to-Hire position$17.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm)Assemble components into final products following blueprints and written instructions.Operate and maintain shop equipment safely and efficiently.Ensure parts are handled carefully to avoid damage during assembly.Assist in other production tasks as needed to meet deadlines.Follow all safety and operational procedures without deviation.Assembler Qualifications:
English proficiency is requiredHigh school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on repetitive tasks for extended periods.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adhering to safety guidelines.Basic math skills for measurements and calculations (e.g., dimensions, volume).Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
