**Job Description** Shift Openings: 6 am - 4:45 pm M-TH. Pay will start between $16.50 and $18/hr depending on previous experience. + You will work on the assembly line, rotating stations every hour. + Assemble glass panel doors with blinds sealed in the middle for houses as they progress down the line. + Use power tools for assembly. No experience needed—training provided. Start any day of the week. + Station 1: Prepping the blinds + Station 2: Prepping the glass—wear a hair net, clean glass panels (approximately 2 pounds), lift and twist frequently + Station 3: Two-person job—seal glass panels together on the assembly line and send through the oven, align panels on the conveyor belt with suction cups + Station 4: Remove glass from the oven, ensure it is fully sealed, pass it down the line (approximately 20 pounds, no lifting but involves twisting and pushing) + Station 5: Continue pushing down the line, clean glass + Station 6: Test the blinds **Important Skills** + Using power tools + Glass panel preparation + Sealing glass panels + Cleaning glass panels + Testing blinds + Attention to detail + Team collaboration + Adaptability + Physical stamina **Work Environment** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 3 Month(s).
