**Job Title:** Assembler **Hourly Pay:** $19-$20 (Increases after 4 months!!!) **Shift:** 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM **Job Description:** Are you looking to join a dynamic and growing company? We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Assemblers. In this role, you’ll be an essential part of our production process, assembling high-quality components and subassemblies. **What You’ll Do:** + Perform basic electrical wiring and integrate wires into products. + Use a variety of hand tools such as crimps, stakes, screws, bolts, rivets, welds, solders, cements, and press fits. + Mount components like transformers, resistors, transistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, and sockets on chassis panels. + Connect component wires to circuits and between individual component leads. + Install finished assemblies or subassemblies in cases and cabinets. + Position or align components and parts using hand tools or machines. + Conduct quality control checks to ensure our high standards are met. + Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment. + Prepare for tasks by studying parts lists and gathering necessary parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials. **Why You’ll Love Working Here:** + **Skill Development:** Gain hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical assembly. + **Career Growth:** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 months, and there’s an opportunity for a pay increase after this period. + **Supportive Environment:** Work in a climate-controlled, clean manufacturing facility. + **Team Atmosphere:** Be part of a collaborative and supportive team. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
