**URGENTLY HIRING ASSEMBLY WORKERS!** **Pay: $16.25** **Shift: 1st** **Description:** + Ensure product quality meets workmanship standards and customer requirements. + Coordinate daily work schedules with Lead. + Possess a working knowledge of the names and mechanical appearance of various electronic components and materials. + Interpret bills of material, standard procedures, written assembly instructions, assembly drawings and engineering documentation. + Prepare components for assembly, assemble the components into electronic units, and rework assembled units by adding or removing components. + Housekeeping and other duties as required in the Manufacturing department. **Skills:** Electrical, Wiring, Soldering, Hand tool, Assembly, Schematic, Hand and power tools, circuit board, Production, Blueprint, Mechanical assembly, General labor, Assembly line, Electrical assembly, Construction, Inspection, Electronic assembly, Assembling, Packaging, Blueprint reading **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + Possess a working knowledge of the proper use of hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, tweezers, wire cutters, mechanical presses etc. + Prior assembly and soldering experience is preferred + Ability to read and follow written instructions, distinguish colors, and perform simple math + Use fingers or tools to perform one or more repetitive assembly operations to produce small light weight products or components. + Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
