**Pay:** $17.34/hour (shift differential available for second shift)
**Shift Options:**
• **First Shift:** 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Monday through Friday)
• **Second Shift:** 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Monday through Friday, with shift differential)
**Job Type:** 6-month contract-to-hire
**Interview Process:**

• In-person interviews scheduled on Tuesdays or Thursdays, 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Broken Arrow plant.
**Job Description:**
Join the Siemens team, a global leader in power and energy systems, as a Mechanical Assembler. You’ll play a vital role in building and assembling large control panels, known as switchgears, which are essential for powering major facilities like airports, hospitals, and schools.
In this role, you’ll follow work orders, blueprints, and schematics to assemble switchgears. These are large-scale mechanical projects, and you’ll be involved in the fabrication and assembly process from start to finish.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Assemble large mechanical panels (switchgears) according to client needs and work instructions
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and fabrication documents
• Work with hand and power tools to fabricate and assemble components
• Ensure quality control and precision throughout the assembly process
**Requirements:**
• At least 1 year of large mechanical assembly experience
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Experience in fabrication or mechanical assembly highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions
• Ability to stand, lift, and move components throughout the shift
• Must pass a background check and drug test
**Additional Details:**
This position is a 6-month contract-to-hire role. After the contract period, there is an opportunity for full-time employment with Siemens, depending on performance. During the contract phase, candidates will be required to undergo a background check and drug test.
