**Job Title: Entry Level Assembler** **Job Description** Candidates will support the assembly and material handling teams in production and product packaging. Responsibilities include using hand and power tools to perform assemblies on an assembly line, following work procedures to complete builds, and training in shipping and receiving to support the warehouse and materials team. Additional tasks involve robotics assembly and testing, material movement, data collection, manual assembly, component testing, visual inspection, and inventory tracking and reconciliation. **Hard Skills** + Proficiency using a variety of hand tools to assemble and repair large mechanical assemblies + Dexterity for manual assembly + Strength and endurance to assemble, install, and test larger components (up to 50 lbs) + Use of basic power tools + Ability to follow work instructions for each assembly job + Knowledge of lean manufacturing and its tools (5S Principles, Kaizen) + Experience with manufacturing execution systems **Work Site** Westborough, Massachusetts. **Work Environment** 1st shift - 6:15am - 2:45pm **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
