**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the assembly and packaging of various products, using hand tools and power tools. This role involves reading blueprints and work instructions, as well as counting inventory and taping boxes. **Responsibilities** + Assemble and package various products using hand tools and power tools. + Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions. + Tape boxes and count inventory to ensure accurate packaging. + Lift and move items weighing between 7-40 lbs. + Add foam to cases and assemble mid-size flashlights. + Train on and operate pallet jacks and automated shrink wrap machines. + Use small drills, hammers, and operate a rivet machine for packaging. **Essential Skills** + Experience with mechanical assembly and general labor. + Proficiency in using hand and power tools. + Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. + Capability to lift and move items weighing up to 40 lbs. + Experience in assembly and packaging. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Prefer experience in manufacturing or distribution. **Why Work Here?** This is a temp-to-perm position with numerous benefits for permanent employees, including paid vacation, sick days, and holidays. Safety glasses, gloves, and orange vests are provided, but employees must supply their own steel-toed boots. The role requires lifting items weighing between 7-35 lbs and may involve using small drills, hammers, and operating a rivet machine.
